Qualifications

• 3 years’ satisfactory service in the Hospital Authority, or
• 2 years’ supervisory experience in hospitals, hotels, cleansing service, facilities management or other related services / industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist Hospital Manager and Senior Hospital Foreman to plan and manage security services of the Hospital.
• Assist in investigating, monitoring and reporting for security incidents.
• Assist to manage and monitor the hospital car parks.
• Enforce the Hospital Authority By-laws in hospital.
• Assist in coordinating fire drills and associated programs related to fire safety.
• Coordinate the inventory, day to day repair and maintenance, including condemnation of security devices and equipment.
• Supervise daily operation and prepare duty roster.
• Issue, control and condemnation of uniform and stores.
• Handle emergency situations and patrolling hospital areas.
• Stand by for emergency duties.
• Supervise and coach staff.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
