Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance within scope; reports tasks beyond scope to leadership.
• Monitors facilities structures and equipment; maintains clean work environment and stores tools.
• Documents work details accurately and timely per facility standards.
• Responds to codes and emergencies; ensures safe removal and disposal of trash and hazardous materials.
• Supports training of maintenance personnel, vendors and students; participates in education and meetings.
