Qualifikationen

• 1 year experience with staffing & scheduling software (required).

• Creates and edits schedules for nursing departments in electronic scheduling system.
• Prepares accurate daily/shift schedules in collaboration with nurse managers.
• Approves or denies schedule requests based on skill mix and unit needs.
• Balances and publishes schedules to ensure staffing coverage and unit efficiency.
• Adjusts schedules by acquiring additional staff or reducing scheduled staff.
• Determines complex staffing needs within 24 hours of shift time and arranges coverage.
• Maintains staffing records, reports and distributes them to leaders.
• Assists with allocation of agency resources and contract labor.
