• Coordinate with nurse managers, department supervisors, HR and nursing administration.
• Handle schedule changes promptly as census or conditions require.
• Track attendance, overtime and agency staff as part of staffing records.
• Ensure schedules comply with hospital policies, contracts and relevant rules.
• Communicate assignments, changes, and overtime opportunities to staff.
