TMC HealthCare is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage and provide staffing solutions for understaffed units within TMC and TMC Systems across multiple sites in Southern Arizona. You will coordinate the float pool to supply nurses, patient care technicians, and unit clerks to care areas needing support due to staffing shortages.

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of patient care or staffing experience.
• Knowledge of Excel and data reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Arrange staffing from the float pool to fill gaps in patient care areas.
• Oversee sick calls and staffing requirements for inpatient units.
• Work with nursing supervisors and managers to ensure adequate coverage.
• Respond to last-minute staffing needs to maintain patient care.
