Job summary

TriHealth Good Sam Hospital in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for the Float Pool to oversee the Supplemental Staffing Office. This role ensures safe, effective staffing by reviewing data and verifying nurse-to-patient guidelines.

You will collaborate with Nurse Managers and Charge Nurses to allocate resources across units on a 24-hour basis, supporting operational efficiency. The position is part-time with a Day shift, weekend coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in healthcare staffing or office coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safe and effective staffing by reviewing staffing data and verifying nurse-to-patient guidelines.
• Allocates and reallocates nursing resources across units to meet patient care needs on a 24-hour basis.
• Demonstrates service excellence, supports nurse managers and staff, and maintains professional relationships.
