Qualifications

• Oversees staffing requirements and manages sick calls.
• Coordinates with nursing supervisors and unit managers to ensure adequate coverage.
• Responds to last-minute staffing needs to maintain continuous patient care.
• Collaborates with hospital leadership to adjust staffing strategies based on patient volume.
• Adheres to TMC safety, confidentiality, values, policies, and standards.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
