Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA‑accredited program.
• New graduates accepted; experience preferred.
• Licensed or eligible for Kentucky licensure and ASHA CCC or CFY eligible.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement treatment programs for referred patients.
• Contribute to development and upgrading of treatment programs and protocols.
• Develop and achieve departmental goals, objectives, and performance indicators.
• Complete position responsibilities per established guidelines and timelines.
• Complete documentation per state regulations and hospital policies.
• Participate in the departmental operational plan.
