Job summary

Baptist Health Rehab Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to identify, assess, and treat cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders across age groups. The SLP will counsel patients, caregivers, and staff and perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for adults and pediatrics.

Requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, KY license, and ASHA CCC-SLP. CCC-SLP must be obtained within 9 months for full-time and 18 months for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• License to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Kentucky required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification must be obtained within 9 months for full-time employees and 18 months for part-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and treat patients with cognitive-communication and/or swallowing disorders.
• Provide counseling/education to patients, caregivers, and staff regarding cognitive-communication and/or swallowing disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for adults and for neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adults with feeding/swallowing disorders.
