TSP, a Syneos Health company, seeks a Hospital Specialty Representative to drive territory growth by educating healthcare professionals and delivering compelling product presentations.

The role emphasizes building relationships with clinicians and hospital leadership, delivering scientific information, and aligning with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives in healthcare systems. A base salary is offered with potential bonus and car/allowance possibilities.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned geography, including overnight travel.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech sales.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Strong understanding of hospital decision-making, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Manage hospital relationships—engaging clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to understand customer needs and priorities.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state area and approved product.
• Deliver sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and other clinic personnel using the customer engagement selling model.
• Effectively utilize and manage all resources to optimize customer engagement.
• Collaborate across a matrixed sales organization with cross-functional stakeholders to drive aligned execution and business success.
• Participate in training and development programs while abiding by industry and corporate policies and procedures.
