Job summary

TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Hospital Specialty Representative to drive territory growth by engaging hospital stakeholders, delivering clinical information, and presenting approved products.

You will collaborate across a matrixed sales organization and travel up to 50% within the defined geography, engaging physicians, APPs, medical staff, and hospital leadership to optimize product adoption.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (including overnight travel).
• 5+ years of demonstrated sales experience in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industries.
• 3+ years of experience calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to understand customer needs.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state area and approved products.
• Deliver sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel using customer engagement selling model.
• Effectively utilize resources to optimize customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive aligned execution and business success.
• Participate in training and development programs while complying with policies and procedures.
