Job summary

TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Hospital Specialty Representative to drive territory growth by delivering compelling product presentations and educating healthcare professionals on the value of the products features and benefits.

You will build hospital relationships, travel up to 50% within the assigned geography, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals in a dynamic, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned geography, including overnight travel.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech sales.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Strong understanding of hospital decision-making processes, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to uncover needs and priorities.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state and approved product.
• Deliver presentations to physicians, APPs and staff using the customer engagement selling model.
• Utilize resources effectively to optimize customer engagement.
• Collaborate across a matrixed sales organization with cross-functional stakeholders to drive aligned execution and business success.
• Participate in training and development while following industry and company policies.
