Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Part-time Security Officer for Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc. This 32-hour-per-week position covers night shifts Friday through Monday and is onsite at 1153 Centre Street.

You will patrol areas, report hazards, assist in restrainingPatients when needed, complete incident reports, and dispatch to calls to protect patients, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice preferred.
• 3–5 years of hospital security or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas and monitor for unsafe conditions.
• Investigate thefts, disturbances, and potential criminal activity.
• Prepare and submit written incident reports accurately.
• Dispatch personnel to responses and assist in restraining when necessary.
• Protect patients, visitors, and staff, maintaining confidentiality.
