Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Healthcare Security Officer to maintain the safety of our hospital facility. The role focuses on access control, patrols, and rapid incident reporting to protect patients, staff, and visitors.

You will work a night shift Saturday through Monday, 6:00pm–6:00am, earning $15 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a values-driven team that prioritizes reliability, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Previous security, military or law enforcement experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate professionalism and appropriate conduct.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Document security activity with DAR and complete incident reports.
• Control vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Respond to emergencies per established procedures.
• Operate equipment such as CCTV systems and computer systems.
• Prevent losses by reporting irregularities and enforcing policies.
• Drive a culture of improvement and efficiency.
• Enforce Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures.
• Additional tasks as required.
