Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment at our facility. You will enforce access control, monitor premises, and report incidents as required.

The role supports Sizemore's values of flexibility, reliability, safety and teamwork. The position requires being 18+, HS diploma, and the ability to pass background and drug screens; weekend schedule with 7:00am-7:00pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Experience in security, military or law enforcement preferred.
• MS Office proficiency preferred.
• Commitment to service and professionalism.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Document security activity with DAR and incident reports.
• Control vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Responds to emergencies per procedures.
• Operates security systems and equipment as needed.
• Report irregularities and enforce policies and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Work with minimum supervision and maintain professionalism.
