Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to maintain the security of our facility. You will enforce access control, monitor premises, and report violations, supporting Sizemore’s core values of flexibility, improvement, reliability, safety and teamwork.

The role requires vigilance, the ability to respond to incidents, and collaboration with clients and staff. The position is weekend nights, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour and a strong emphasis on safety and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous security, military or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office programs, preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate service and professionalism in conduct and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises.
• Documents security activity with DAR and completes incident reports.
• Controls vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Responds to emergency situations per procedures.
• Operates specialized equipment as needed (CCTV systems, vehicle scales, etc.).
• Prevents losses by reporting irregularities and educating violators.
