Nationwide Children’s Hospital seeks a Protective Services Officer to patrol designated areas, monitor security cameras, and respond to emergencies. The role involves intervening in conflicts, documenting incidents, and providing escorts and vehicle assistance as required.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma and a valid Ohio driver’s license with insurance. Training in IAHSS is required within six months of hire, with reimbursement after successful completion.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol designated areas on foot, vehicle, or bicycle and monitor security cameras.
• Intervene safely in interpersonal conflicts or criminal acts and provide appropriate detentions or removals.
• Conduct preliminary investigations and report incidents with accurate documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and internal disaster incidents; assist staff and visitors as needed.
• Escort staff and visitors, provide transportation or lock/unlock activities.
