Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Hospital Driver in Memphis, TN. This full-time role involves protecting patients, staff, and visitors across a healthcare setting.

You will perform patrols, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents while maintaining professional communication and compliance with hospital policies. The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to restrain individuals, and the capacity to work a structured schedule.

Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local regulations.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, critical situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, including building interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to help deter unauthorized access, disruptions, and other security-related concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
