Qualifikationen

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related calls, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with facility personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned hospital areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions requiring attention.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, providing directions and assistance while reporting unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required documentation for incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.
