Job summary

Allied Universal in Nashville, TN is seeking a Security Officer Medical Security Driver Full Time to safeguard patients, visitors, and staff in a hospital setting. This driving role requires a valid driver’s license and a strong commitment to customer service while patrolling and responding to incidents.

You will work daytime and night shifts, monitor access points, document incidents, and support emergency response.

Qualifications

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Required hospital vaccinations must be maintained.
Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies, visitor concerns, and disruptive behavior.
Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and support visitor-management procedures in accordance with site-specific policies.
