Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Patrol Driver in Memphis, TN. You will perform security duties, patrol hospital areas, and support patient care while driving hospital routes.

Responsibilities include handling incidents with professionalism, monitoring access points, and delivering excellent customer service to patients and staff. Valid driver’s license and hospital vaccination compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
• Ability to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and medical facility requests in a calm, professional manner and notify hospital personnel or responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare areas, entrances, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management to maintain an orderly environment for patient care.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities accurately and communicate with supervision.
