Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments; ability to operate multiple computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of 35 words per minute.
• Medical terminology knowledge within first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Follows regulatory and departmental policies for data collection, patient safety and pre-service collections.
• Adheres to scripting including AIDET+P and ensures compliant interactions.
• Meets targets for accuracy, inbound/outbound calls, registrations per hour and Epic workqueue assignments.
