South Texas Health System is seeking an Administrative RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff when administration is not present. The role involves coordinating patient care, resolving conflicts, and ensuring performance standards are met.

The successful candidate will have hospital RN experience, supervisory background preferred, Texas RN licensure (BSN preferred), and a commitment to the system's compliance program. Weekend, evening, night, and on-call coverage is expected.

Qualificações

• 3 years of hospital RN experience required; Behavioral requires 2 years of hospital RN experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must adhere to Compliance Program and Code of Conduct; report suspected issues to Compliance Officer.

Responsabilidades

• Administrative representative for the organization when administration is not present.
• RN supervisor shall oversee and guide nursing employees under their supervision.
• Interact with hospital staff and/or ancillary departments regarding patient care, concerns, and conflicts by identifying and assisting in resolutions.
• Maintain performance skills and routinely work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, overtime, and/or on-call/call-back status.
