South Texas Health System seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor - RN to lead nursing care delivery, assess patient needs, and guide staff across units. The role requires coordinating with hospital teams and resolving patient-care concerns while maintaining performance standards.

Weekend and on-call duties may be required. Applicants should hold a TX RN license (or compact state license) and a BSN or related degree within 2 years.

Qualifications

• RN experience in the relevant unit(s) is required.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to cross-train to other unit areas.
• Must comply with the Compliance Program and Code of Conduct, and attend required trainings.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Oversee and guide nursing staff under supervision.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and departments to address patient care concerns and conflicts.
• Occasionally work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, overtime, or on-call status.
