Qualifications

• Two or more years working with shipping & receiving and medical supplies.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic math accurately.
• Communicates effectively, both written and verbal, with internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify orders; document damage or discrepancies.
• Audit incoming orders for accuracy, correct storage, and condition.
• Distribute orders to departments in a timely manner.
• Prepare outgoing material for shipping and ensure proper labels and documentation.
• Enter returns and substitution receipts into the Materials Management Information System.
