Job summary

Banner University Phoenix is seeking a Receiver in the Supply Chain Services department. This role will involve receiving, storing, and distributing hospital supplies, checking deliveries, and processing returns and materials documentation.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, and requires a high school diploma or GED with warehouse experience; familiarity with medical terminology and MMIS is a plus, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; basic math and reading skills.
• Experience in shipping/receiving and medical supplies preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming orders and verify accuracy and condition.
• Audit orders for storage, temperature, and damage; resolve discrepancies.
• Distribute orders to departments in a timely manner.
• Prepare outgoing materials for shipping with proper documentation.
• Enter returns and substitution receipts into MMIS.
• Work independently under supervision and follow procedures.
