Job summary

Gilchrist Hospice & HealthCare seeks a Director of Business Development - Hospital Programs to lead strategic growth of hospital-based programs, oversee Clinical Nurse Liaisons, and strengthen hospital referrals. The role partners with hospital executives to expand market share, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality patient experiences while managing budgets and staff performance.

You will drive data-driven growth, coach leaders, and represent Gilchrist programs in health system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• 3–5 years progressively responsible management experience preferred.
• Marketing and sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CHAP and CMS standards.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Hospital Liaison staff with performance metrics.
• Develop and lead the hospital growth strategy for Gilchrist Hospice.
• Monitor referral and admission data at monthly meetings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement across programs.
• Collaborate with EPIC team to maximize tool usage.
