Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business administration, healthcare administration or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' experience in healthcare operations, physician group practice preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS).

Responsibilities

• Act as front-line liaison for the provider team with hospital C-Suite, nursing leadership, and Sound operational team.
• Provide executive support to the practice medical director and team to meet contract expectations.
• Administer office management, meeting logistics, and practice events.
