Responsibilities

• Work shift as directed.
• Maintain logs and records for shift operation.
• Report deviations to Supervisor.
• Operate boilers, air conditioning and other plant equipment per safety regulations.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and systems per PM orders.
• Lubricate equipment per PM schedule.
• Conduct daily inspections of emergency generators, boilers and chillers.
• Assist in training new employees on plant systems.
