Job summary

Mercy Health’s Willard Hospital seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide direct therapy as part of the patient care continuum. You will document patient progress, coordinate with the care team, and support departmental standards of practice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients, gathering pertinent information and develops treatment plans with clear goals.
• Provides direct therapy daily per the plan of care and standards of practice.
• Maintains accurate EMR documentation of care, progress and goals.
• Maintains productivity while delivering high-quality patient care.
• Adheres to safety, infection control and policy requirements; complete education as needed.
• Supervises PT aides and contributes to professional growth of staff.
