Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license or Pharmacy Technician Trainee license required.
• National Certification (CPhT) via PTCB or ExCPT required within 60 days of hire.
• Maintain Registration with Massachusetts Board of Registration of Pharmacy and fees.
• 0–2 years related work experience.
• Experience with computer systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Restocks automated dispensing machines and floor stock medications with adherence to workflows.
• Delivers all medications in compliance with DEA and state regulations.
• Prepares and delivers IV medications following USP 797/800 standards; maintains IV records and sterility.
• Compounds non-sterile products and repackages bulk supplies per USP 795/800.
