Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED is required.

• 1 year (2080+ hours) of pharmacy practice in an integrated health system and current PTCB certification, or 2 years (4160+ hours) in hospital pharmacy if not PTCB certified.

Responsibilities

• Fill/dispense unit dose, oral and IV medications accurately.
• Triaging orders and maintaining ADS integrity for nursing units and departments.
