Qualifications

• 1 year of minimum of one year (2080 clock hours) of pharmacy practice in an integrated health system and current PTCB certification - OR - 2 years (>4160 hours) hospital pharmacy if not PTCB certified.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of the automated dispensing system (ADS).
• Triaging patient orders and ensuring prompt, accurate dispensing.
