Job summary

Boys Town National Research Hospital is seeking a Manager Pharmacy Operations to oversee the Department of Pharmacy, implement policies, and guide drug distribution and compliance. You will direct the department in the Director's absence and collaborate with billing, revenue integrity, and finance teams to ensure accurate 340B compliant billing.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with a current state license.
• Minimum of 5 years of operational pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
• Familiarity with EPIC, Omnicell, 340B, Medicare and Medicaid.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

• Lead day-to-day department operations and ensure quality of care.
• Oversee supervision, scheduling, training, and performance management.
