Qualifications
2+ years of experience in outpatient/ambulatory/clinic/community health center pharmacy setting.
Prior experience working with the 340B Drug Pricing Program or related roles is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Coordinate 340B ESP contract pharmacy activities and audit preparation.
Lead internal 340B audit activities to maintain program integrity.
Collaborate with leadership on operational inquiries.
Assist with pharmacy licensing and credentialing.
Monitor and interpret 340B program updates.
Support development of 340B compliance dashboards.
Assist with onboarding pharmacy sites for the 340B program.
Validate claims data and resolve data mismatches.
Track manufacturer restrictions and policy changes.
Verify 340B pricing updates with drug purchasing vendors.
