Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outpatient/ambulatory/clinic/community health center pharmacy setting.
• Prior experience working with the 340B Drug Pricing Program or related roles is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 340B ESP contract pharmacy activities and audit preparation.
• Lead internal 340B audit activities to maintain program integrity.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational inquiries.
• Assist with pharmacy licensing and credentialing.
• Monitor and interpret 340B program updates.
• Support development of 340B compliance dashboards.
• Assist with onboarding pharmacy sites for the 340B program.
• Validate claims data and resolve data mismatches.
• Track manufacturer restrictions and policy changes.
• Verify 340B pricing updates with drug purchasing vendors.
