  • 5+ years accounting in hospital or not-for-profit setting.
  • Workday experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and processes Hospital payroll and payroll related data in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist DFS with month-end and year-end general ledger close.
  • Processes miscellaneous cash receipt deposits in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintains current and accessible files of legal documents and communications as required to SHC-legal.
  • Reconciles deposit information to source documents.
  • Assist with preparing invoices for non-patient customers.
  • Assist with reconciliations of general ledger activity on monthly basis.
  • Run reports out of Workday on financial transactions.
