Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 years institutional cooking and 1 year food service preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operates kitchen equipment safely and trains others as needed.
  • Prepares and cooks food for patients, catering, and cafeteria.
  • Follows patient allergies and diet orders; consults with dietitian as needed.
  • Maintains clean, organized kitchen and workspaces.
  • Complies with food safety and sanitation guidelines; keeps records.
  • Operates cash register as needed.
