Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.
• Allied Universal will evaluate qualified applicants with criminal histories as per laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally following post orders.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, and reporting suspicious activity.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately per site requirements.
