Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, or another front-line role.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatching for patient transportation and room management.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency and distribute assignments to staff.
• Maintain dispatch logs and report data to management as requested.
• Monitor performance and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Communicate with staff, patients, and customers to ensure smooth transport.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and keep colleagues informed of updates.
