Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatches patient transporters to maintain patient flow.
• Transports patients via wheelchair, bed, or stretcher as needed.
• Coordinates with departments to expedite transportation and patient care.
• Maintains records and uses the Access database for logging.
• Provides patient and visitor assistance and directions.
• Ensures safety and infection-control guidelines during transport.
