Responsibilities

• Assigns ambassador duties to ensure efficient patient transport and lean flow.
• Operates electronic tracking system to monitor patient flow and STAT orders as needed.
• Schedules wheelchair van transportation to support discharges, appointments, and inter-facility moves.
• Cross-trains to onsite transports and wheelchair van runs to optimize patient scheduling.
