Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Service, Dietetics, Nutrition or Management.
• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration within 6 months.
• ServSafe/Food Handler permit required by first day of work (in specified states).
• Experience leading diverse teams and quality initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Manages daily operations of patient meal services.
• Partners with nursing to meet patient needs and educate staff.
• Leads patient meal areas; trains in therapeutic diets per orders.
• Ensures diets are followed and cost-effective service is delivered.
• Oversees HR functions: hiring, training, mentoring, evaluations.
• Ensures food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Monitors quality and satisfaction scores; communicates with clinicians.
