• Experience with quality improvement initiatives and healthcare nutrition services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily patient meal operations and ensure compliance with dietary orders.
• Collaborate with nursing to educate staff and follow clinical best practices.
• Lead training, hiring, performance evaluations and HR processes.
• Maintain food safety standards and monitor patient satisfaction scores.
