Job summary

125 Advocate Health and Hospitals Corporation is seeking a patient-focused Food Service Worker to coordinate meal service in the hospital setting. You will obtain meal orders, orient patients to room service, deliver meals, and support quality patient nutrition.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtains patient meal orders via call center or bedside following scripting.
• Delivers meals and collects patient trays after meals.
• Ensures patient satisfaction with food items at delivery.
• Records meal intake and nutrition-related information as ordered by physicians.
