Formación

• High school diploma required. College preferred.
• Experience in hospital insurance verification and self-pay in a business office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospital systems.

• Strong knowledge of insurance plans and benefits.
• Professional interaction with staff and patients at all levels.
• Experience with patient co-pays, self-pay negotiations, and basic credit card usage.
• Solid administrative and clerical skills and initiative.
