Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in patient access, admissions, or financial counseling.
• Knowledge of registration, admissions, insurance verification, and authorizations.
• Supervisory experience with daily operations and staff development.
• Strong communication and customer service skills in diverse teams.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, commercial payer requirements, and HIPAA.
