Charlie Health in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Territory Manager, Hospitals to build relationships with clinical partners and drive patient access to our behavioral health programs.

You will travel 4–5 days a week, work with hospitals and referral sources, and contribute to GTM strategies while collaborating with marketing, product, and client success teams. Compensation includes base plus uncapped bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• 1-4 years proven sales experience with overachieving KPIs is a plus
• Experience working with hospitals or healthcare providers is a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week
• Energetic, persuasive, and capable of engaging senior corporate personnel
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a consultative style
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus

Mansioni

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Go in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call
• Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
• Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals
