Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a dedicated Hospital PACU Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, Montana. The RN will support post-anesthesia care, pre-op preparation, and discharge planning within a hospital-based outpatient setting, emphasizing teamwork and patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of acute hospital experience, Montana RN licensure or eligibility, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of hospital-based nursing experience, specifically in acute Medical/Surgical or Critical Care settings.
• Active Montana RN license (or eligibility for endorsement/compact).
• Core certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required on hire.

Responsabilités

• Assess, admit, and optimize patients for elective/outpatient procedures with pre-op safety checks.
• Monitor and manage airways, ventilation, and hemodynamics in Phase I recovery post-anesthesia.
• Care for high-acuity post-operative patients with lines and chest tubes; manage drains and IVs.
• Titrate IV medications for pain control and PANV; manage hypothermia and shivering.
• Coordinate care plans with Providers, Anesthesia, Nurse Managers, and staff; support LNAs/CNAs.
