Qualifications

• Ability to lead and train others.
• Proficient in MS Office and multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedules daily, night, and weekend shifts for surgeons and patients.
• Answers calls from surgeons, hospitals, and centers; enters data.
• Maintains scheduling databases and develops reports daily.
• Coordinates next-day schedules with physicians and handles changes.
• Trains new scheduling staff and maintains QA/QC for schedules.
