Heron Creek Animal Hospital in Florida is seeking a dynamic Hospital Manager to lead our expanding team. You will drive revenue, manage costs, and work closely with the Managing Veterinarian to ensure top-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

Regular on-site interaction with clients and staff is required to maintain a high-performing culture. The role requires 3-5 years in a managerial capacity, with a background in hospital, retail, or service-based industries a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• 3-5 years of managerial experience, including customer service.
• Experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the hospital's P&L and be accountable for performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to forecast needs.
• Manage accounts receivable.
• Oversee hospital inventory and control costs.
• Manage payroll for hospital staff.
• Develop the hospital schedule and monitor labor costs.
• Champion change and share best practices.
• Lead the hospital team to improve processes across client service, operations, and administrative tasks.
• Implement new technologies and initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Establish and drive the culture of the hospital.
• Track and maintain licensure for all DVMs.
• Provide feedback and handle challenging conversations.
• Demonstrate and reinforce the highest level of client service.
